About Me
Recent feedback from a professor:
It’s hard for me to imagine you doing mundane work. I admit I don’t know you well, but my sense is that you need “fresh water over the gills” and that you thrive on thinking and change. Just my 2 cents. I am also guessing you need to work with interesting people who are thinkers.
The above statement sums me up in a way that I can not even begin to articulate, as I find talking (and writing) about myself one of the most challenging things to accomplish. I am grateful for the candidness of this particular piece of feedback and carry it with me as a reminder, and a motivator.
I’m fascinated by the impact and the potential of technology. I’m drawn towards the sociological shift occurring due in part to the social media movement, and what the notion of collaboration, honesty and transparency will do to a primarily individualistic and proprietary society.
I’m creatively driven, a perfectionist and insightful. Nothing makes me happier then good sushi, great wine and even better company. I love music and have an ever growing list of favorites. Traveling is my release: whether it’s up the street or across the globe. I’m open to life, the pursuit of understanding and the slightest opportunity to simply be.
whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should…[max ehrmann]
About This Blog
The title of this blog came about from observing the number of bottle caps I’ve noticed along the streets of Boston and at times on my own kitchen counter. The scattered caps brought to mind all the miscellaneous moments of life tucked away in each of our minds and the pieces of information, knowledge and experience we collect as we go through our days. It seemed only fitting.
This is my personal blog. The views expressed on this blog are my own. I am not getting paid to write this blog, nor am I speaking on behalf of my employer in any way. Any discussion of things related to my work, or to events I might publicize here, or to themes that also relate to my professional life, is incidental and something I would be doing regardless of my professional circumstances.
